Breakfast was good, but bacon, sausages etc. The rooms have a kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and hobs so you can prepare your own meals. There are two interconnecting doors meaning the children can close their door to prevent the parents from gaining access. The rooms were clean and spacious, just a few things in need of repair such as broken door latches (out of the wall but still in working order) and drawing marks on the wall. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet overnight. We stayed in a premium family room which was two connecting rooms. We have just returned from a 3 night stay at Relais Spa. Staff was generally very friendly (shout out to Davide) and helpful. Therefore, overall not a bad experience, but not a particularly good one either. Not sure how the architect thought 2 elevators are sufficient for the amount of rooms / guests, sometimes it takes a few minutes before it arrives. I would also like to highlight, that they provide a number of charging slots for electric vehicles for free in the garage, apart from the garage fee, of course. When we walked into the sleeping room we could already smell the pillows, literally the entire room smelled like old sheets. Something that would be an easy fix is to wash the pillows regularly sadly the glass wall in the shower is too short, this needs to floodings in the bathroom. Also, the rooms to the main street are quite noisy, even at night. The sliding door dividing the living room from the sleeping room needs adjustment, so does the handle of one of the windows. We were not happy with the room, it didn’t look like on the pictures in the Internet, and you can tell that it is ready for renovations. Breakfast is more on the convenience side but not at all bad, maybe a few more healthy options but it does offer a lot. Lobby and outside look good, also the pool area looks good and is clean. The hotel will shuttle you back and forth which works well. Great location when you want to go to the Disney parks. I would definitely return on my next trip! Its definitely inviting after a long day of sightseeing! Thanks! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The only con about breakfast is the eggs should be kept warm with a warming device. The breakfast is a full breakfast with eggs and the works, breads of your choice, coffees and teas etc. Con since most families want to enjoy a pool after a long day of sightseeing with kids. Kids can only use it from 10-12 and 3-5 pm and is quite crowded during these time slots. All the amenities were refilled daily in the kitchen and bathroom. The room has a king bed and pull out sofa, very comfortable. There was a Nespresso machine with a welcome kit of coffee and tea and snacks. There was a full kitchen with a fridge filled with water, juice and wine, refilled daily. Upon arrival at 7 am, they walked us to up to our room. The train station is 5 minutes, 1 stop to Disney, 40 minutes to Paris. There is a small supermarket nearby and about 10 minutes away there is a huge mall with a Auchan supermarket. This room gives you access to a private car, which we did not use since all is walkable in the area. We stayed for 6 days in a Junior Executive Suite. Relais Spa Val d'Europe was an excellent apartment hotel.
